We believe in patients being informed throughout their care journey. Below is a quick overview of our process so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Inquire
- Call us at (469) 846-8346 or contact us through our website.
- We will explain our process and answer any questions. If you wish to proceed, we can schedule an initial evaluation with our physician vein specialist.
2. Initial Evaluation
- Arrive at our clinic and be checked in by our friendly staff.
- Meet with our physician vein specialist to discuss your concerns and evaluate your vein health. We aim to understand how your vein disease limits you and what your goals for treatment are.
- If vein disease is present, the next step is to schedule a thorough duplex ultrasound examination.
3. Duplex Ultrasound Examination Visit
- Undergo a detailed ultrasound study to further assess your veins.
- We will explain all findings and craft a personalized treatment strategy to tackle your vein health.
- Meet with one of our knowledgeable patient care specialists to help coordinate every aspect of your care.
4. Treatment Sessions
- Treatment visits take approximately 45-60 minutes in total. They are virtually pain free and are performed under local anesthesia at our state-of-the-art clinic itself.
- We understand if you are nervous. Our caring team can answer any questions and help you relax.
5. Post Treatment Care
- Our patient care specialists will go over all post treatment instructions in detail.
- Depending on the type of treatment, you may be required to wear compression stockings for a short while post procedure – this improves results, diminishes side effects and avoids complications.
6. Feel the results!
